A bit about Paul.

Like a good Salt Lake native, Paul grew up playing tennis in Liberty Park, fly-fishing the Provo River, and ultimately studying political science at the University of Utah. There, he caught the political bug and took a break from his coursework to run two congressional campaigns. After a few years of working as a Democratic campaign consultant, he wrapped his studies and set his sights on law school.

Paul relished law school and launched a legal career in the Bay Area. But eventually, Salt Lake called him back. He returned to forge a life here, raise his kids, and be nearer to family. Along the way, he realized that his legal education and experience might lend itself well to his fondest passion, real estate.

Specifically, he dug old buildings. And he gravitated toward projects in neighborhoods that could benefit from a little love. Paul found his groove investing in old-soul properties that deserved reincarnation. He applies his legal savvy and investment expertise to help real estate buyers and sellers do the right thing at the best time.

If Paul ever buys a well-fated lottery ticket, he might spend a little more time fishing. But he’ll never stop doing what he relishes most: helping people he likes find places they love.
